Massy is a family of stores that is well known and beloved by customers in Barbados, Trinidad, St. Lucia and Guyana. Massy Group consists of Grocery stores, Wine shops, Automotive services, Financial services and more. They were in need of an online presence that could unite all of these services giving customers a one stop shop for all of their needs.
The homepage needed to work hard to show the caring personality of the Massy brand while giving users quick and easy ways to navigate through the various categories.
Part of our proposal was to digitizing and simplifying the customer experience of using the Massy Card and discounts across all Massy businesses.
One thing Massy is amazing at is providing beautiful and inspiring content for customers. We wanted to give each shop ample space for this content, like recipes which will engage customers and inspire new product purchases.
